Refund Policy
At HighlyCraftedGreens.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.
To be eligible for a return and refund, you must contact us at 420@HighlyCraftedGreens.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your item.
The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged or used.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
